Voices in Business, a British Business Forum, publishes "The Banking 2.0 Podcast" at www.Banking20.com, which regularly features podcast interviews with consultants and industry leaders.

Their current edition discusses how Internet banking is impacting the traditional branch network. Mike O’Hara of Voices in Business talks to Nick Sandall, Head of Retail Banking at Deloitte (UK) about branch banking and how the branch can work alongside the Internet and other direct channels to satisfy the ever changing needs of the customer.

The previous edition of Banking 2.0 featured a podcast interview with Wichert van Engelen, Director, Innovation at ING Retail Bank, who has spearheaded the bank’s ventures into the virtual world of Second Life.  Wichert talked to Mike O’Hara about the “Our Virtual Holland” project initiated by ING in Second Life, and goes on to discuss some of the more challenging issues, such as banking regulation and the potential risk of money laundering within virtual worlds.
